Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bronc Parts Pro. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Delivery Time
Orders are generally processed within 2 to 3 business days* from receipt and confirmation of your order. We will attempt to contact you if there needs to be an extended delay.
Some orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may be delayed in the manufacturer’s shipping process. Additionally, some orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. If this is the case, shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one delivery price.
Custom products or specialty items that are made to order may also require additional time for delivery depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location.
"3-Day", "2-Day" and "Next Day" shipping methods indicates the transit time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier and does not include the processing time at our fulfillment center.
All orders are shipped FOB Origin, which means once we confirm shipment, responsibility and liability for goods in transit transfer to the customer. We are committed to do what we can to help track shipments and ensure each customer safely receives their ordered product.
Free Shipping
FREE SHIPPING on any order over $99!
Free Shipping Offers are for Standard Ground Delivery Service and are only valid for shipping addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Truck freight and oversize charges still apply unless otherwise noted, and can only be shipped to the lower 48 States. Tires, Wheel and Tire Kits, and certain large items may not qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Charges
Some shipping quotes given online are not necessarily accurate and may need to be recalculated manually. This most commonly occurs with orders shipped outside the lower 48 states or to APO/FPO addresses.
In the event of any additional shipping charges or alterations to your shipping total, we will attempt to contact you and your order will be held pending your approval of any changes.
Shipping Methods
For most orders, we ship using UPS, FEDEX and USPS Ground Service for domestic shipments within the lower 48 states. We do reserve the right to ship with other carriers as we see fit. Transit times are usually between 1 and 5 days depending on the route and distance from origin. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized, overweight, or need some type of special handling. In these instances, our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a redelivery fee equal to your shipping charge.
We may occasionally offer shipping promotions, such as free or discounted shipping. Whether immediately stated or not, these specials are only available within the lower 48 states and always exclude APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, and any of the U.S. territories outside the continental United States.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Bronc Parts Pro is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We are happy to help if we can with this process. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
