Refund policy
It’s simple - we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to return it to us via the carrier of your choice. Any undamaged and unopened items returned to us a may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at sales@broncpartspro.com and include “ORDER RETURN” in the message’s subject line. If your return request is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will not be accepted if the items are not in their original sealed packaging.
Refused shipments will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your item was over-boxed when we shipped it to you, your return must be over-boxed. Over-boxing prevents damage to the manufacturer’s box. If we receive an item that was not over-boxed and is damaged or unsaleable it will be returned to you. The carrier of your choice can assist with over-boxing if you do not have the original box.
We are not responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at sales@broncpartspro.com or (888) 789-1853 if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Subject to your receipt of a return authorization from us, once the item is received and inspected by us to verify your stated issue, you will receive a replacement item. Defective or damaged items will only be replaced with the identical product originally ordered.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items, including, but not limited to, body parts (such as sheet metal, fiberglass, and carbon fiber components), cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used items, sale items, or gift cards.
Order Cancellation or Modification
Having second thoughts about your order? No problem. If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@broncpartspro.com or (888) 789-1853. As long as we haven’t shipped your order, we can cancel your order and refund your money or modify your order per your instructions.
